It's more just good fun. But as joey said, it has my favorite living actor in it, doing what he does best on screen (and thankfully now in life too) -- playing an excruciating gifted man in search of a redemption arc. :)

i have activity! hey guys... i have been a fan of downey for over 20 years... one of the most believable actors there is.... of course, if you want to see an even better performance, see tropic thunder!
he deserved an oscar for chaplin... even playing a self-portrait self-destructive druggie in less than zero he is amazing... well, maybe that film was before it was totally a self-portrait... glad to see he's made it past all that......
